Thank you to everyone who generously donated to our Good Works Cambodia project! All the donations left this morning to get loaded in the crate to be shipped by boat with our playground! It leaves Edmonton on Dec. 15! Thank you again! We will keep you posted with our old playground finding it's new home in Cambodia.

Congratulations to our Assumption grade 4,5,6 girls and boys teams who travelled to Calgary for our Divisional tournament yesterday! 37 teams of students from across the division participated in the annual CTR Grade 6 volleyball tournament in Calgary. Congratulations to everyone who supported the day filled with excitement, sportsmanship, and team spirit! THANK YOU to Mrs. Rolheiser and Mr. Proudfoot for coaching at the tourney and to all the parent drivers! (Jerry, Blake, Crystal, Buster, Yuliia)! So proud of our little teams who walked away with a couple WINS and made new friends!

Thank you to Veteran Chief Warrant Officer Mike Gauley for speaking and to our Legion members for joining us. The students will be sharing poems, prayers and songs. EVERYONE is WELCOME!

The Oyen & District Curling Club is hosting a Junior Curling Clinic on Nov. 9 and 16, from 4:00 to 6:00 each day. Grade 4 and up are welcome - cost is $30.00/participant - please bring inside shoes.
