Schools out for the Summer!

The future is bright at Assumption! We have a baker, a cowgirl, a dinasour hunter…fossil scientist and a chef! Congratulations to our ARC Kindergarten grads! Oh the Places YOU will GO!!

This afternoon we called upon every student and shared why we love each one so much! Each assumption student kinders to grade 5 has a unique God given gift and this afternoon we cheered for all of them as their teacher read their valentine! ❤️🙏 Tonight we hear about the grade 6’s we can’t wait to celebrate you ALL see everyone at 6pm! Come share a meal with us!

Today was the day !! Going bananas for books!! Congrats students you accepted the challenge and read over 200 books! The reward banana splits for everyone!

Tonight we celebrate these 8 incredible humans who are leaving Assumption! “Oh the Places they will GO”! Potluck starts at 6pm all are welcome! Bring main course and a salad or a main course and a dessert to feed your family. See ya tonight for school awards, grade certificates, volunteer appreciation and grade 6 farewell in the gym!

Assumption 2022 grade 5/6 field trip!! Full of adventure, mud and laughs! Long overdue!

Kindergarten field trip! We learned about the fire station, the police station and the Bank! Thank you to everyone who helped in our community make this possible!

I’m a BIG kid now!! Teddy Bear picnic at Assumption! Trial day for kinders to go to grade 1, pre k’s to go for the whole day to kindergarten and Our new pre k students who come in the fall were all welcomed to Assumption for a day! These little ones are excited for next year!

Thank you to Mrs. Andrea Thornton and the Oyen lodge for inviting our students on a seniors picnic and outdoor games! Some of our students finally met their pen pals they have been writing to all throughout Covid a very special moment! So much fun connecting and building relationships!

Batter up … Happy Fathers Day to all our amazing dads! Assumptions annual dads vs kids ball game was on last night and I think the kids won ⚾️😂🤩🙌!

Thank you to all our grandparents who came out this morning to Grandparent’s Day! This mentorship program has been a huge success, grandparents you are an important part of our Assumption family! Have a fantastic summer!
